The “Birds” are coming to Lifetime Learning. Like Snow Library, summer league baseball has long been a part of our community. Key personnel from the Firebirds will acquaint us with “all things Baseball in Orleans.” The history of Eldredge Park and Orleans baseball will be featured, with an insightful discussion of the symbiotic relationship of baseball and our community, and a look at the complexities of Orleans Firebirds team operations. Some noteworthy personalities from Firebirds/Cardinals history will make cameo appearances! As a follow up to this
course, Snow Library and the Friends of Snow Library will be featured at a game this summer (TBD).
