The Heroic Age of Greece, a time of great adventure and turmoil, produced the greatest heroes of legend like Perseus, Hercules, Jason, Theseus, and Odysseus.  As part of their journey to being considered heroes, they often battled multiple mythic monsters that were the faces of our inner fears or personified the dangers of unknown places. Can a hero be a hero without a monster to overcome? Who/what are the monsters of our world today? How are they different from ancient predecessors?

4/13: The Slayers: Perseus & Bellerophon
