Russia invaded Ukraine in Feb. 2022, expecting victory in two weeks. Across four years the war has seen a series of evolutions and innovations, from Bayraktar Drones, to World War One style stasis, to new technology cutting off supply lines in seized Crimea and threatening to have strategic effects on Russia’s petrochemical income. Our speaker will discuss how the war has evolved in parallel with technology. touching on the regional and global implications of the conflict.
