It’s often said that “movement is medicine.” But how?
In this class Susannah will guide you through ways to approach some yoga-like poses with the mindset of yoga so that you can have more functionality, greater stability, and perhaps less pain in your day to day movements. Mindful yoga offers a physical means through which to explore emotional and psychological well being through personal patterns of posture, breath, and movement.
